This past week I've finally been successful at getting all my workouts in. Yay! I ran 4 days and biked 2. And my body seems to be handling it OK, other than I'm a little tired today. (I attribute that to getting up early all weekend.) Perhaps the work-from-home experiment has made it easier to train... we'll see how this week goes.
And speaking of this week, beginning this week I am going to start training a bit more seriously. I'll write about it weekly and try to keep it interesting, which might be a challenge.
