The results are up, and here are my official times, which weren't far off at all from Greg's watch. Same averages apply.


5K Run1:  30:01
T1:  1:52
22K (13.6 miles) Bike:  50:23
T2: 1:48
Run2: 34:30


Total: 1:58:34
