Sunday - 8 miles, on the trail. First did 3 easy by myself. Then 5 with a friend. Felt great the entire time.
Monday - 0, rest
Tuesday - 3 miles, tired legs
Wednesday - 4.4 miles. 1.3 mile warm up and then ran the Loveland 5K on the trail, easy.
Thursday - 0, rest
Friday - 0, didn't get a bikeride in like I had hoped. Busy day.
Saturday - 10 miles, in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.
The long run went well. I'm not sore today. :)
