Week 3 - Columbus Training

Sunday - 0, disc golf at Banklick helped the legs.
Monday - 0, rest - really tired.
Tuesday - 4.25 miles
Wednesday - 0
Thursday - 3 miles
Friday - 0, walked for 40 minutes
Saturday - 12 miles

All in all, this week went well. Didn't get to cross-train on the bike any though.
