Wednesday - 0, meetings and rain kept me in
Thursday - 2.5 mile run, 12 mile bike ride
Friday - 5 miles
Saturday - 0, rest
I'm a little shocked that this was the fourth week already. 12 more to go!
I'm not running long this weekend - it is a cut-back weekend. I'm kind of glad, more mentally than physically. The next 3 to 4 weeks should really be interesting as I get up into mileage I've never ran before.
